Rules for using the Service
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the social networking website, applications, and related services operated by Facezila Platforms ("Facezila", "we", "us", or "our") (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and your account
You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and meet the minimum age required by applicable law. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with any parent or guardian consent required by law.
Provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person, create an account for someone without authorization, or use a username or profile to mislead others. Notify us through the Contact page if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you create and submit ("Your Content"). To operate and provide the Service, you grant Facezila a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically modify Your Content as needed to make it available through the Service and its features. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except where copies remain in backups for a limited period, are retained as required by law, or have been shared by other users and remain under their control.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content and grant this license. You are responsible for Your Content and for choosing the audience for it. Public content may be viewed, copied, or redistributed by others.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, violate another person's rights, or encourage violence or credible threats of harm;
- harass, stalk, intimidate, exploit, or target people with abusive conduct;
- publish another person's private or sensitive information without authorization;
- post content that unlawfully infringes intellectual property, or use the Service to distribute malware or deceptive links;
- send spam, run scams, manipulate engagement, or operate fake, coordinated, or misleading accounts;
- access accounts, systems, or data without authorization, interfere with the Service, or evade security measures or enforcement actions;
- scrape, collect, or use information from the Service through automated means except as permitted by law and our written authorization; or
- use the Service in a way that could impair its operation or harm other users.
These examples do not limit our ability to address other conduct that violates these Terms or threatens users or the Service.
4. Moderation and enforcement
We may review content or account activity, investigate reports, and take action when we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, or our safety policies have been violated. Actions may include labeling or limiting content, removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or terminating access. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
We do not guarantee that all content will be reviewed or removed, and we are not responsible for content posted by users. You can report content or accounts through available Service features or our Contact page.
5. Third-party content and services
The Service may display content posted by users or link to third-party websites and services. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or practices. Your interactions with other users and third parties are between you and them, subject to applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and materials provided by Facezila, is owned by Facezila or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except where applicable law permits or we have given written permission.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in that policy.
8. Service changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including features, for operational, security, legal, or business reasons. We will provide notice when required by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through available account controls or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or if we are required to do so by law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice of significant action.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Facezila will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights. This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice where required. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and Facezila concerning the Service, except where additional terms are presented for a specific feature.
15. Contact
